TransPennine Express 185110 paired with 185130 arriving at platform 2 with a service from Redcar Central to Manchester Airport.

This was the day that Huddersfield railway station re-opened after a month long closure in connection with the Transpennine Route Upgrade.

Work completed during the closure included;
Replacing the bridge over John William Street
Realigning the track to an interim two through platforms Lengthening platform 1
Removing the redundant signal box and a small station canopy
